In most cases, the defendant has insurance, and it is the insurance provider that will be responsible for any compensation payment.

If a certain amount of time has already elapsed since the accident, you can no longer make a claim for compensation.

In cases of personal injury compensation, the claim must be made within 3 years of the incident (with certain exceptions allowed depending on the circumstances).
