Amount of your financial compensation.

Person you are making a claim against.

Amount of money lost, such as income, medical bills or other expenses

also Liability or Negligence
A breach of the duty of care that one person owes to another, such

Disease
A disease specific to an occupation, caused by hazards beyond what
is normally related to the job.

Injury
Form of injury, either physical or psychological, as a result of

The conclusion of your claim, either through a court decision or

Generally refers to the other driver or drivers involved in an accident
