beginning to check out your options, any search site on
the web, such as Google or Yahoo is a great place to start.
Brokers

Financial Adviser, will determine the best range of choices
available to you, according to your needs. An independent
adviser will comb through the entire market to for your
options, while a broker specializes in his or her company's
particular offerings.
Your broker will also tell you how much
you may borrow and how much your payments will be, depending
on both your financial situation and the particular
terms of each mortgage option available to you.
Make sure your broker follows the Mortgage
Code and has professional qualification under the Mortgage
Code Compliance Board: The Mortgage Advice Qualification
(MAQ) and/or The Certificate in Mortgage Advice (CeMAP).
Banks
Your bank or building society is a good place to find
out how much you can borrow depending on your financial
situation. They will also provide you with information
on how much monthly payments to expect, according to
the type of mortgage you select.
